Report from the Creative Journey with Purpose
You must give some time to your fellow men. Even if it’s a little thing, do something for others – something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it. Albert Schweitzer (1875 – 1965)
…… and for Victor it was a great privilege, there will be a big aftermath to come down from a very creative three month high, but now it is time for him to pack his bags and come home to his family. He has had a good journey and has finally fulfilled a dream of many years. His last week there was very busy with special concerts, radio interviews with the musical group he set up while in El Salvador and sang the award winning song in commemoration to **Moises Funes and Zumula Rivera whose lives were so tragically taken.** It is hard to let go and walk away from this amazing project but it is the Mission of Harmony Hopes to promote and raise funds through the sale of our art and support the on going activities at Cal-Pipil.
**Moises’ vision was to restore justice and dignity to the poorest people in Alegria. In the New Year, on the anniversary of his death, we will post the power point presentation which we put together earlier this year.
